Job summary

Gateway-Services-Inc, North America's leading pet aftercare provider, seeks a Sales Territory Manager in Virginia to oversee an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships and drive retention and revenue growth.

This field-based role requires 80–90% travel across your territory, frequent visits to clinics, and collaboration with Business Development Managers to onboard new customers while leveraging CRM tools for insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions.
