Job summary

Gateway Services, North America’s leading pet aftercare provider, seeks a Veterinary Account Manager for New Hampshire/Maine. This full-time role offers up to $80,000 base salary plus performance incentives and a $800 monthly car allowance, with travel around 75% of the time.

You will grow partnerships with veterinary hospitals, identify opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor. Expect territory management, reviews, and a strong CRM-driven pipeline to drive retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account/relationship management or outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Veterinary, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ≈75%.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with veterinary hospitals and clinics.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships and develop new business opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor by understanding each customer’s business and recommending solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, customer visits and strategic planning discussions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM technology.
• Aim to retain customers and grow revenue and activity within the territory.
• Develop trusted relationships with assigned veterinary partners.
• Increase customer engagement and satisfaction across your territory.
• Identify opportunities to expand Gateway's services within existing accounts.
