Job summary

Gateway Services is seeking a Business Development Manager in St. Louis to lead veterinary partnerships and drive new business. The role offers a base salary up to $95,000 with uncapped commissions and high earning potential through OTE.

You will manage a geographic territory, build strategic plans, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline while traveling about 75% to engage veterinary professionals and hospitals. This is a full-time position focused on growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales/business development experience.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Acquire new veterinary partnerships while growing existing relationships.
