Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is recruiting a Business Development Manager for veterinary partnerships. This remote role covers the Detroit metro area with approximately 75% travel within the U.S.

The incumbent will develop a strategic territory growth plan and acquire new veterinary partnerships while expanding existing relationships. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission supports a total on-target earnings range of $130,000–$160,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success acquiring new business and growing accounts.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Acquire new veterinary partnerships while growing existing customer relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor to veterinary professionals.
• Build and manage a healthy CRM sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and activity objectives.
• Represent Gateway throughout the veterinary community.
