Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Veterinary Partnerships.

This remote role covers the Detroit Metro Area with ~75% travel, offering a base salary plus uncapped commission and an on-target earnings range of $130,000–$160,000+ per year. The successful candidate will build strategic partnerships across Michigan and beyond, developing territory plans and a robust CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales/business development.
• Proven success acquiring new business and growing accounts.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel ~75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
• Acquire new veterinary partnerships while growing existing relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor to veterinary professionals.
• Build and manage a healthy CRM sales pipeline.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and activity objectives.
