Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team in delivering top-notch client and patient care. The Shift Lead will assist the Practice Manager and COS, stepping in as Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to Banfield protocols, and ensuring a productive, high-quality work environment with excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences.
• Assist Practice Manager/COS to maximize hospital productivity and profitability.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
• Supervise team day-to-day and ensure quality medical care and client service.
• Support scheduling and CE planning for staff.
• Maintain adherence to hospital policies and Banfield dress and grooming guidelines.
