Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, support the Practice Manager, and maintain high standards of client and patient care. This on-site role requires leadership, exceptional service, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff to guide the team.
• Perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties when needed.
• Supervise daily operations to maximize productivity and ensure quality medical care and client service.
