Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide a team, elevate client and patient experiences, and support the Practice Manager in achieving hospital priorities.

The Shift Lead will also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure compliance with Banfield protocols while delivering high-quality care to pets and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and patient experiences while guiding the team to maximize productivity and hospital profitability.
• Assist the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff in leading the hospital team.
• Perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
