Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to guide the team, ensure high‑quality care, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The Shift Lead may also perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed, driving efficiency, communication, and compliance with practice policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Experience leading a veterinary team is preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Practice Manager and COS to guide hospital team.
• Supervise team to maximize productivity and quality care.
• Schedule staff and plan coverage to meet client needs.
• Provide client education on pet health and services.
