Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health Roseville seeks a Hospital Services Manager to lead daily hospital operations in client services, emergency, critical care, and patient care. This 100% administrative, exempt role reports to the Hospital Director and focuses on building strong teams and efficient workflows.

You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, oversee billing workflows, and partner with clinicians to improve patient care and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations or practice management and leadership experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor hospital teams to uphold our values and expectations.
• Develop schedules and manage workforce planning with the Clinical Supervisor and Hospital Director.
• Oversee billing workflows and coordinate timely resolution of billing issues.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and safety with approved vendors and internal resources.
• Support patient care and client service improvements across departments.
