Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing a P&L and driving results.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Strong leadership to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail is required.
