Ethos Veterinary Health seeks a Hospital Services Manager for Veterinary Specialty Hospital – Roseville. This 100% administrative exempt role supports Client Care, Emergency, Critical Care, and Patient Care while guiding daily operations and team leadership.

Based in Roseville, CA, the position offers full-time schedule Monday–Friday with monthly on-call and compensation of $73,000–$78,000 per year. Emphasis on operational excellence and exceptional client service in a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations, office, or practice management and leadership/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Elevated emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead hospital teams with trust and collaboration.
• Mentor and coach for team members including supervision and workplace relationships.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and call-out management.
• Provide oversight for Client Service Specialists and hiring recommendations.
• Oversee billing workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day facility needs and maintenance impacting operations.
