GoodVets is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager in Pooler, GA. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the hospital, overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and reporting to ensure performance, financial targets, and exceptional client experiences.

Lead a high‑performing team, coach for growth, manage SOPs, and partner with doctors and staff to deliver gold‑standard veterinary care.

Qualifications

• Experience running daily hospital operations and leading teams in a veterinary setting.
• Strong scheduling, staffing, and inventory management capabilities.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs and improve client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily hospital operations
• Ensure compliance with operating standards
• Create and maintain accurate work schedules
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members
• Prepare monthly reports on hospital performance and margins
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs
• Support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity and professionalism
