GoodVets is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Manager to oversee daily hospital performance, staffing, inventory, and compliance. You will lead a collaborative team, drive client satisfaction, and coach staff to maintain gold-standard veterinary care.

You will partner with doctors and leadership to optimize workflows, report on monthly metrics, and cultivate a culture that attracts top talent. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Operations Manager or similar role in veterinary settings.
• Three+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel.
• Basic accounting skills and cost-control orientation.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs and drive patient-satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily hospital operations and ensure smooth running.
• Ensure compliance with operating standards and requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members with a focus on culture.
• Prepare monthly performance and staffing reports.
