Lead with a focus on seamless coordination between administrative and medical teams, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and drive a client-centered culture while supporting hospital growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of office management experience, including at least 2 years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare or veterinary setting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice-management software.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily non-clinical operations to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality patient support.
• Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop staff; set goals and coach for performance.
• Manage labor planning, timekeeping, and scheduling policy compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI monitoring.
