GoodVets in Hermosa Beach, CA is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to be the operational heartbeat of the hospital. You’ll run day-to-day, meeting performance, financial, and client-experience targets while leading staffing, scheduling, inventory, compliance, and reporting.

You will hire, train, and onboard new team members, create accurate work schedules, and prepare monthly reports on hospital performance, margins, and trends while coaching growth and maintaining cost controls to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience as Hospital Operations Manager or similar role in veterinary settings.
• 3+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities; technician background preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
• Proficient with practice management software and MS Excel; basic accounting.
