Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to provide daily leadership to our hospital and collaborate with Veterinary staff, store teams, and Petco partners to deliver high quality patient care and outstanding client service.

You will manage scheduling, hiring, training, inventory, and payroll, review P&L, ensure OSHA standards, and uphold Petco policies while driving revenue growth and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in veterinary practice or 2+ years of strong leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling, hiring, training and payroll.
• Experience with practice management systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to deliver high-quality patient care and client experience.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and store teams for cohesive operations.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and performance reviews for staff.
• Review P&L and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.
• Maintain OSHA standards and ensure compliance with Petco policies.
