You’ll drive a culture of high-quality patient care, outstanding client service, and efficient operations while aligning with Petco’s mission to improve lives for pets and people. You’ll coordinate daily hospital operations, manage scheduling, inventory, and billing, collaborate with in-store teams, and uphold OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence, efficiency, high‑quality patient care and excellent client experience.
• Create productive, collaborative relationships with veterinarians to foster a positive culture and cohesive team.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment function, inventory control, invoicing, patient scheduling, and staff training.
• Manage accounts receivable and maintain hospital records in the practice management system.
• Ensure the hospital environment remains neat, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
