Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager to lead the holistic relationship with our Veterinary customers, driving growth and maximizing share of wallet for in-clinic, technology, and specialty products within the designated sales territory.

This proactive sales role identifies customer needs, addresses pain points, and optimizes adoption of existing products and point solutions with opportunities for expansion. Remote engagement with travel is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in sales, account management, or similar roles within the veterinary or healthcare industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Communications preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the key sales contact to optimize and nurture accounts to meet financial targets.
• Supports the sales team in achieving revenue and gross profit goals.
• Leverages internal content to drive engagement activities supporting revenue growth.
• Identifies customer needs and opportunities to generate Point Solution opportunities.
• Collaborates with Strategic Account Executives to pursue growth and value.
• Acts as primary liaison for implementation and onboarding processes.
• Analyzes internal reports to optimize utilization and guide sales efforts.
• Maintains data in SFDC to track relationships.
