Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Veterinary Relationship Manager in Madison, WI to lead strategic growth within designated veterinary accounts. This in-person, quota-bearing role partners with Veterinary Account Executives to expand VetSuite adoption and maximize revenue.

The Senior Veterinary Relationship Manager identifies customer needs, drives engagement through webinars and content, and manages contracts while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or related field with at least 3 years in sales/account management within veterinary/healthcare.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key sales contact for retain and develop accounts to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Veterinary Account Executives to accelerate VetSuite adoption.
• Lead and support sales to exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to drive adoption and growth.
• Manage data and updates in SFDC to support the sales process.
