Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary software, especially DVM Manager, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; compassionate client service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to schedule appointments.
