Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced receptionist with veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and patients; triage questions.
• Answer calls or emails and direct to appropriate party for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
