Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets, confirm appointment details, and escort clients to exam rooms.
• Manage payments, take card transactions, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments, hospital inquiries, medications, and reminders.
• Understand vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, diseases, and veterinary terminology.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.
