Job summary

Cohutta Animal Clinic in Blue Ridge, GA, is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to welcome clients, manage appointments, and support the front desk team. You will handle phones, payments, and patient flow with a friendly, organized approach.

The role offers a flexibile, full-time schedule (4/10) with no weekends, and a benefits package including health, life, EAP, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Pulse.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
