Job summary

Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our Primary Care team for both full-time and part-time roles. You will greet clients and their pets, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins/check-outs while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with doctors and staff.

This fast-paced, farm-adjacent environment emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client service experience required.
• Veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with EzyVet and/or Vet Radar is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with compassion and professionalism.
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure clear communication with the veterinary team.
• Assist with hospital admissions, deposits, and financial discussions as needed.
• Support front desk organization and hospital appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive client experience.
