Job summary

Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, professional Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time CSR role focuses on front-desk support, client communication, and coordinating appointments for both general and emergency/specialty teams.

The position requires excellent English communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

Veterinary Hospital experience preferred but not required.
At least 1 year of client service experience in reception, phones, or scheduling.
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Positive, solution-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.
Comfortable in a high-energy, emotionally dynamic environment.
Familiarity with EzyVet or Vet Radar is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions.
Support check-ins, check-outs, financial conversations, and client communication.
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation such as pet insurance, records, and faxes.
Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and specialty teams.
Help maintain an organized, clean, and collaborative front-desk environment.
