Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, professional Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time CSR role focuses on front-desk support, client communication, and coordinating appointments for both general and emergency/specialty teams.

The position requires excellent English communication, organization, and a customer-service mindset, with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Hospital experience preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of client service experience in reception, phones, or scheduling.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Positive, solution-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.
• Comfortable in a high-energy, emotionally dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with EzyVet or Vet Radar is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions.
• Support check-ins, check-outs, financial conversations, and client communication.
• Maintain accurate records and manage documentation such as pet insurance, records, and faxes.
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and specialty teams.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and collaborative front-desk environment.
