Job summary

Pinnacle Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional client experiences and handle practice administration. The role includes reception, records maintenance, and appointment tracking, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with Doctors and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain front desk and reception areas.
• Process payments and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Schedule appointments and update client/patient files.
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience to clients and patients.
