About the Job: Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client service, enjoys working in a fast‑paced hospital environment, and wants to play an essential role in supporting both patients and the people who love them. As the first friendly face, and often the first voice, our clients encounter, this role helps set the tone for every visit. We look for someone who brings warmth, efficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to teamwork and service excellence.

Position Overview

This role provides exceptional front‑desk and client support for our Emergency and Specialty teams. It serves as a key communication hub between clients, doctors, and hospital departments while helping ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
  • Support check‑ins, check‑outs, financial conversations, and client communication
  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation such as pet insurance, records, and faxes
  • Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and specialty teams
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and collaborative front‑desk environment
Qualifications
  • Veterinary Hospital experience preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year of client service experience in reception, phones, or scheduling required
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • Positive, solution‑focused mindset and team‑oriented approach
  • Comfortable in a high‑energy, emotionally dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with EzyVet or Vet Radar is a plus
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
