Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining client charts, assisting with pharmacy and retail sales, supporting marketing efforts, handling transactions accurately, and contributing to a clean, welcoming front desk.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality; veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task, handle money, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
