National Veterinary Associates is seeking an experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our veterinary hospital team. You will be the first and last face clients see, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for pets and their families.

You will manage front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, maintain medical records, and assist with billing in a busy clinic setting. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service (CSR) experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort working in a busy environment with animals present.
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Answer multi-line phones, greet clients warmly, and answer basic questions about our services.
• Scheduling: Book appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits using our scheduling system.
• Medical Records: Create, update, and maintain accurate electronic and physical patient records.
• Facility Care: Keep the waiting lobby, front desk, and common areas clean, safe, and tidy.
• Billing and Checkout: Process payments, explain invoices, and handle check-in/check-out duties.
