National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a friendly, professional Receptionist for a busy veterinary hospital. You’ll be the first contact for clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills, and remains calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Veterinary experience is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Professional and composed during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
• Assist clients with scheduling, appointment questions, and service information.
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Check clients in and out efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Update and maintain client and patient records.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to support daily workflow.
