Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s previous experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role.
• Must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in emotional situations.
• Openness to learning new techniques and treatments is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer practice phone and route calls appropriately.
• Greet clients and patients upon arrival.
• Confirm appointments via client's preferred communication method.
• Ensure the waiting area is clean and well-stocked.
