Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year vet practice or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the practice phone and route calls.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar and online bookings.
• Greet visitors and patients by name; manage wait times.
• Assist in training new staff and disseminate knowledge.
• Ensure waiting area is clean and stocked; use disinfectants as needed.
• Confirm appointments by client’s preferred method (phone, email, text).
• Provide backup support to technical staff when needed.
