Job summary

Bel-Aire Veterinary Hospital in Greensboro, NC seeks a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to welcome clients and coordinate care for their pets. You will manage appointments, multi-line phones, and provide essential service with empathy and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year customer service experience, knowledge of veterinary terminology, and comfort with practice management software (Covetrus Pulse preferred).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccines, medications, and procedures.
• Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with practice management software, especially Covetrus Pulse, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organization, and time management.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
