Bel-Aire Veterinary Hospital in Greensboro, NC is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist/Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital. You will manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, process payments, and guide clients with compassionate service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced veterinary setting without weekends or on-call emergencies; Covetrus Pulse experience preferred.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in a customer service or front-desk role.
• Experience in veterinary reception or healthcare front-desk preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccines, medications, and procedures.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Covetrus Pulse) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and punctual.
