Ideal candidates have 1+ year customer service experience, familiarity with veterinary terminology, and comfort with practice management software such as Covetrus Pulse.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, reception, or client-facing experience.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccines, medications, and procedures.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and assist in-person clients.
• Experience with practice management software, especially Covetrus Pulse.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization and time management.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records.
