Job summary

Plantation Animal Hospital Of Hilton Head is seeking an outgoing Support Staff member to join our busy practice. You will greet clients, assist with pet check-ins, and manage payments while supporting a smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, handling mail, and maintaining a clean waiting area. A calm, team-oriented attitude and basic experience in a veterinary setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask and a team player.
• Minimum of 6 months job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients and respond to questions.
• Process incoming and outgoing pets and handle payments.
• Answer calls, screen service needs, and schedule appointments.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and email.
• Monitor waiting area for cleanliness.
• Document and maintain client information and service data; escalate complex matters to senior staff.
