Job summary

Haile Plantation Animal Clinic is seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join a fast-paced, multi-doctor practice. You will be the first voice and face for clients, handling calls, scheduling, and greeting patients in the lobby.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy front desk. This on-site role requires dependable hours, weekend availability, and a team-oriented attitude to support clinicians and patients

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Regular on-site presence as an essential function of the role.
• Due to the nature of veterinary hospital operations, in-person attendance is necessary to support patient care, respond to time-sensitive needs, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain safety and well-being of patients, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients.
• Maintaining hospital paperwork and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions.
• Support front-of-house duties in a fast-paced, multi-doctor clinic.
