Livewell Animal Hospital, LLC is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the Director of First Impressions and help coordinate patient care. You will greet clients, manage a multi-line phone system, and help maintain medical records and schedules with a focus on compassionate care.

Responsibilities include handling payments, assisting clients with preventive care education, and supporting a smooth hospital workflow. Veterinary software familiarity is preferred and weekend hours may be required.
