Job summary

River Run Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced veterinary team. The CSR will be the face of the clinic, handling high-volume client interactions, scheduling, payments, and data entry with accuracy and professionalism.

The schedule features four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Veterinary experience is preferred (1–2 years) but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly and professionally.
• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high call volume with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Serving as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience both in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and accurately entering data into practice management software.
• Supporting doctors and staff by relaying messages clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining professionalism and composure while addressing high client and doctor expectations.
• Performing heavy computer-based tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Multitasking effectively in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks.
• Demonstrating excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
