Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or client service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and patience when working with clients who may be anxious or stressed about their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and comforting experience.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and policies.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries while maintaining an efficient hospital schedule.
• Coordinate smooth check-in/check-out experiences with accurate information and payments.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper medical records and update client data in the PMS.
• Assist clients with forms, treatment plan communication, scheduling, and general questions.
