National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, greeting pet owners, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and accurately entering data into the practice management system.

Ideal candidates have prior veterinary clinic experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary clinic experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling busy phone lines and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage busy, multi-line phone systems with professionalism and compassion
• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience
• Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions and concerns
• Accurately type and enter information into our veterinary practice management system
• Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during stressful or challenging situations
• Provide knowledgeable and compassionate customer service to pet owners
• Help ensure the front desk and daily clinic operations run smoothly
