National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a frontline client services role to greet clients, respond to questions, process patients, and handle payments. You will answer phones, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.

Duties include mail/e-mail handling, waiting area monitoring, and maintaining client data in practice management software. At least 1 year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and respond to questions; assist with incoming and outgoing patients.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Answer calls, screen for service needs, and schedule appointments.
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and e-mail; monitor the waiting area for cleanliness.
• Document and maintain client information in practice management software.
• Escalate complex matters to senior staff as needed.
