Job summary

National Veterinary Associates is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our AAHA accredited hospital. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, manage front desk tasks, and support medical staff to ensure pets receive timely care and owners feel informed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Veterinary software experience and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills both via phone and in person; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Manage veterinary software systems to update patient records, process appointments, and handle billing procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, vaccination schedules, and follow-up appointments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area, including filing documents and managing veterinary administrative support tasks
• Ability to multi-task in a multi-doctor practice
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with good communications to colleagues on pet care
