The role requires 1+ years in a customer-facing role, with veterinary front-desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Strong communication, compassion, organization, and teamwork skills
