Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions for smooth operation.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure top care for each pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence and treat every pet with care.
