Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist experience required.
• Proficiency in a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Leadership experience, ideally in a veterinary reception setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.
• Self-starter and skilled in conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospital front desk.
