Job summary

Village Animal Hospital in Lexington, KY is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience and manage front desk operations.

The CSR handles appointment scheduling, client communications, record maintenance, and daily financial tasks while upholding clinic policies and compassionate care for pets. This role requires strong organizational skills, weekend availability, and prior veterinary office experience; knowledge of OSHA PPE practices is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience required.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures per Manager instructions and procedures.
• Keep front desk, reception, waiting area, offices and exam rooms clean and presentable.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule clinic appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files as needed and send client correspondence.
• Send reminders and recalls to clients on time.
