Job summary

Fox & Friends Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary CSR to deliver exceptional client service and support daily hospital operations. You will warmly welcome clients and pets, manage phone lines, schedule appointments, handle payments, and assist with medical records and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has veterinary, medical, or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset to help pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary, medical, customer service, or reception roles preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling busy front desk and multiple phone lines.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Compassionate when interacting with clients during stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, answer client questions, and schedule appointments.
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and collect balances.
• Communicate estimates, appointments, and hospital policies to clients.
• Assist with prescription and food requests.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in the system.
• Support the hospital team and assist where needed.
