Goodlettsville Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client experiences and perform essential administrative tasks. The role includes front-desk management, records maintenance, appointment scheduling, and client communications within a bustling 5-doctor practice.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience and may have veterinary exposure. Weekend availability is required, with holidays on occasion; a positive, patient, and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures per manager instructions.
• Maintain front desk and reception areas for a positive client experience.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage client/patient records.
• Assist with client communications and reminders.
• Handle phone inquiries with proper etiquette.
• Provide clear instructions for medications and take-home items.
